hey guys at the request of h3ll h0und i started this thread. any general discussion of dota. discuss strategies, paying each other out about their noobness etc. will be accepted.

i tried to play dota today for once in a long time. I tried to get into any established game team but I got rejected everytime because my level was 1. (I had to make a new account)

So I ended up playing normal game and I lost that game (because my team mates logged out). :mad1:

custom map of warcraft 3, 2 sides vsing each other u pick a character called a hero n use it to kill another players hero. u can buy items to upgrade your hero. the win te game you must destroy each others ancient (the frozen throne or the big tree thingy).

U guys should type in 'dota commentary' on youtube.
dota= defend of the asians (i think)

lyounamu u have hsc coming up this year? in the words of my friend hell hound (on this site) dota = devil for the hsc is mathematically correct

You know, if you don't really like DOTA, you can always start playing Starcraft. It's never too late to become a SC player... also SC2 is going to be released this year (fingers crossed), another reason why you should play more RTS games.

played starcraft as well...wen i was like in year 8/9...i thought of it as.... gloomy

I am an expert at Starcraft! I used to play like 6 hours straight! (I am somewhat proud)

I probably got little bit rusty but I am still pretty good.
