well you don't want the x on top, so you need to think of a way to get rid of it

you could do this by

put x as x+4 - 4, turning the integral into a simple log + polynomial

or let u=x+4, which does the same thing really

Note that x/(x+4)² = (x + 4 - 4)/(x+4)² = 1/(x + 4) - 4/(x+4)²
