yea... having to canteen kinda does suck cause you dont get to hang out with your friends and just chill... but its fun at the same time... you get to talk to heaps of people and im always on with these two guys who are super funny... we spend the whole time cracking up.. so its not too bad :)

At my school, if you didn't do extension classes, you would have every second Monday off.

That's a strange time length...

Mines even stranger. I know i said 50 minutes, but it's automatically rounded. Mine is atually 52 minutes. and i get 6 periods a day. and it varies on days i have assemble or extended homeroom/roll call. then periods are 49 minutes

used to have 15x 45 mins per fortnight; awesomely fun stuff. i almost never studied at school though (10 units)
Yeah i go to same school (James Ruse). maximum units that can be allotted is 13. Each units is 5 periods. So I do 12, I have 5 frees per fortnight. I'm pretty sure some time through Year 12 I'll have dropped to 10 units, so I'll have 15 as well. I sometimes use frees for work, mainly they're really good bludge time.

I get a total of 820 minutes of study period every two weeks. Which makes up of a total of approx. 13 hours.

I use half of it.. maybe I should use all of it so I can relax more at home.

per-fortnight: 10 studies all worth 50 mins each
Per-fortnight: 14 homes most of which i either go home or stay home (all worth 50 mins)

I do 11 units, 9 units in school and 2 outside. What i do in each study depends on the teacher and if the ppl in the study are quiet. quiet study with a strict supervising teacher = study. anything else = bludge.

Nine study periods a fortnight for me, each of which goes for fifty minutes.
I make no use of them really, basically I either sleep chat or doodle.
