No, it's not just you. That happened to me too. It is probably a mistake the OP made, maybe a copy/paste mistake or a simple attempt at annoying people by giving a totally irrelevant link a different name?

Just to reiterate, this rename will not affect our final result in any REAL way. That is, everyone will most likely drop the same minuscule amount of points, the details of which will be announced tomorrow.
We're just becoming aligned with the rest of Australia (minus the cane toads).
There is nothing to worry about.

Despite the change being minimal (e.g. name change, top rank 99.95) I still believe this is screwed up, mainly due to it being introduced mid-year. I wonder what possesed those donkey's to introduce it mid-year instead of the start of next year?
