I am so angry at the judge! How do they even allow people like her to become part of the justice system? This isn't justice. It is a completely disproportionate sanction.

$7, 500 worth of damages does NOT equal EIGHT years in a state prison, with no parole. She is crazy. It's a victimless crime. I hope he is able to appeal the sentence, and I hope the sentence becomes subject to great discernment, that they review/lift the sentence, and seriously reform their shit 'justice' system, because this...is simply bullshit, and absurd. It's cruel. He could have just gotten a fine, and done community service. What a bitch.

as for the sentence, i cant understand why someone would go around tagging for 6 months. absolute disregard for society, i dont think such an attitude would be easily corrected with community service + fine
