Rowling killed Sirius in OOTP and I thought that was bad. My favourite character died before the series even finished.
Then after he died I decided to change my favourite characters to Lupin and Tonks (I was kind of weirded out when they got together at the end of HBP but whatever). Then she had the nerve to kill them.
I mean seriously. Why would she do that? Why?

I cried when I read Frankenstein.

I hate how JK Rowling killed off all my favourites- Moody, Dobby, Fred Weasley, Lupin & Tonks. I was like  when they died.
But not Dumbledore? You heartless bitch.

I never cry when I read i don't think. But i did cry once reading the wiki page on Port Arthur.

Oh yeah, I forgot about him.
Same as with Sirius, but I already knew he was going to die by the end of the third book, when Pettigrew escaped.

What else? I got a bit teary reading Pink Balloons, about a young AIDS sufferer whose mother recently passed away because of AIDS as well.

Yeah, all the good characters got pwned.

I was pretty pissed when I finished the Dark Tower series and read the real ending because I was like:

'That's it? WTF? Damn you Stephen King, Damn YOU!'

I mean I read through seven books for this?

you're kidding, right?
lol, trolling actually works.

Sorry, I just heard about how fun it can be and I gave it a try, and this thread seemed the perfect opportunity. No hard feelings, just a beginner troll.

As to the actual thread, I actually teared a bit in the last Harry Potter book when Dobby and all these kids died.

There are other various books I've read where an awesome character dies or w/e, but no others have really made me tear. Even when Gant was killed off in Scarecrow. (Though I was a bit sad during the Scarecrow vs. Mother scene)
