Anyone done / doing / planning to undertake a traineeship or as some firms call it a 'cadetship' ?

Yeh true, the $$$ are pretty good for cadets.

i do uni by distance

Ohh nice, my cuz is a pretty successful civil engineer...theres good money in it.

Ohh... yeh i'd hate to do uni by distance.

lol. Not for the one im looking at...its like $1000 per successful subject *although first they said per 'unit'*... and yu get paid for the work you do, get 24 days of study leave ... it seems pretty good.

Any advice for my application?

Just finished my accounting cadetship last year. Best decision ever for me and I wouldn't have it any other way. That being said the industry and the world has changed so much since 2005 when I first applied.
