What subjects I do and there current marks and ranking:
-English Advanced - 78.5 - 8/36
-English Extension 1 - 79.0 - 8/16
-Mathematics Extension 2 - 39.7 - 6/6
-Mathematics Extension 1 - 56.3 - 8/11
-Biology - 80.2 - 6/29
-Chemistry - 73.0 - 10/28
-Physics - 68.0 - 6/25

Well, as you can see I am doing 13 units: the most in my year. I have been trying to hold up the load but have been recently realising that it's getting abit too much for me. I definitely don't want to drop Ext2 maths or Chemistry because these subjects are the love of my life. It is either a pick b/w Physics or Biology. With Biology, I have begun to grow a slightly minute bordeness from this subject as I feel that it is somewhat repetitive ( in sense of the experiment reports and notes). Physics, on the other hand, even though I am getting a lower mark, I feel that I will go towards this in stead of Bio because, indeed, we just started the UBER COOL subject of Astrophysics (my favourite).

Anyways, I would like to hear of what you think. Many thanks in advanced! :spin:

Judging by your marks I would have said Chemistry.

But because of what you said I would say Bio. Your mark is pretty high but you said you like Physics better, so you should stick with it.

Hope this Helps :)

Well, judging by your marks I would have said Chem.

But from what you said I'd say Bio as you said you like Physics more so you should stick with that.

Hope this Helps :)

I can't make sense how you claim 4U is the love of your life and you're coming last, I would've definitely suggested that (perhaps scaling came to mind)

On topic... personally, I'd drop 4U... you can still get a great ATAR with your other subjects...

Are those math marks out of 100? If they are, cut the bullshit and drop maths.

If it is out of 100, MX2 is probably the way to go.

Otherwise I would have said drop Physics, even though I agree that Astrophysics is definitely the best topic.

Is your MX2 mark out of 100? If so, how can it be the love of your life if you're failing? If you're doing it for the scaling, no point if you're failing it

Don't mean to sound like an ass.. sorry

You may love Maths, but it's going to do you no favours like that. Bite the bullet and drop down.

Drop either Biology (by the sounds of it, you want to) or English Extension 1.

So far I'd like to thank everyone for their honest opinions :) . Even though my X2 mark is that bad, we just did the next task and I got the results to day: 80%. I really tried in this test to show my coordinator that I can continue with this subject. Many of you said to drop it and moonblack's picture made me LOL :) so I will take this into regard. Thanks heaps! :spin: :spin:
