IDK what it's called in lebanese
but it's basically dough shaped into a ball-like shape filled with meat.
in Iraq it's called Kubba and is made either with a very nice orangy soup, or with yoghurt
Oh and Yolanda, The kebabs that are known to the world are not the same kebabs we have in Iraq
Iraq - Doner Kebabs are called Showarma or however you spell it
Iraq - Meat usually on a stick (called a shish) is called Kebab
and Bamya is the besttttttttttttt
and i can't believe you guys havn't mentioned patcha :O
