Awesome paragraph 'kfnmpah'. Looking good, uniform, detailed and filled with information. Keep me posted on your continued progress with any new progress information or knowledge you gain. I wanna see how good, detailed, uniform and filled with information these paragraphs can get. Thanks for the motivation!!

Do not do magazines - commercially interested rubbish.
Web resources are more than needed.

I've read every single female interview except the first 10 or so from when the site was taking off and was shit.

5 days a week

bis/tris day

chest day

back day

shoudlers/traps day

legs day

for chest, i alternate every fortnight between dumbell presses and bench presses (flat incline decline) do a warm upset (light light weight) followed by 3 sets of 8-10 reps followed by a drop set (light light weight) immediately after the heaviest set

also some times i would scrap that and just do a warm up set and then 4x4 (or till fatigue) of heavier weights

tbh though everytime i work out i push myself to the edge, where im sweating like a wet cunt and feeling light headed for a few seconds immediately after the heavier sets

its wat'll separate you from the shit cunts who dont push past their limits

we should train together sometime next year. although id probably drag u down lol

Ye at the moment i have two heavy chest days a week and so i do both db and bb in the same week, but im thinking that might've been counter productive

I usually do 4x6-8 reps of incline, same for flat, then do pullovers and cable flies. I still get at least 1g protein/lb and my max bench has doubled since ive started about 6 months ago but muscle hypertrophy in the chest has been hella' slow recently

yeh we'll get around to trainin a few times hopefully

also yes i forgot to mention last exercise i do is on the fly machine

as for twice a week, go for a month training it once a week but push as hard as u can every set (make sure u have a spot, only way youll be able to really push as hard bcoz u dont have to worry about lookin like a shit cunt and droppin the weight) and see if you notice any accelerated muscle growth

ps, if you havent given urself a rest week for the past few months i suggest taking one, muscles get to completely repair and grow

nicola how long you been taking care of your body
4eva and eva.
Been lifting since march, noticed heaps of changes. even though i'm not as thin as before, i feel a million times better about myself.
Currently trying to drop bf, loving the results. I wish I had more friends that took lifting/diet seriously. was out to dinner last week someone asked if i wanted dessert, i was like 'nah had a drumstick yesterday' and they lol'd at me. People don't get it...

this. Whenever I'm training and i feel like the rep i just did is my last rep, I always think of this scene in pumping iron when arnold is talking about pushing through and i'm like 'fuck yeah 2 more reps' and i manage 1.5 more reps.

feels good.

Why are you so narrow minded? you hate me so you hate the site LOL ....also there are 122 male interviews, l doubt you read them all...your just being a smartass just bcs u hate me LOL, we get it ur a sik bitch

just do a full body routine like 3x a week and some HIIT is you feel like it.

Choose compound exercises ('big' exercises that work lots of muscles at once) and super set them

alternate between upper and lower body because it gets your blood flowing from your back to your legs to your chest to your legs etc and burns more cals.

so:
squats 15-20
pull-ups 15-20
^3x

walking barbell lunges 15-20
Bench press 15-20
^3x

upright row 15-20
deadlifts ~15
^3x

Bent over row 15-20
Dumb bell step ups 15-20
^3x

thrusters w/ medicine ball 15-20
1min hover
^3x

edit: also power cleans (deadlift into upright row into over head press with a bar bell)

so add in power cleans x15
into 1min hover
^x3

do the whole thing twice and you'll be rooted. Chuck in some HIIT if you feel like it, but this routine if done correctly should give you a cardio workout.
The biggest thing is to not just get to 20 reps and be like 'yay done' you're meant to struggle to get those last 3 reps out. If you do that, you'll kill it.

edit: have no rest between sets or exercises.
