Does uws let students use free mobile wifi from the university? (1 Viewer)

I asked about it and they told me that we're allowed too unless specified or if the network is having difficulties.

Yeah you can use it on your mobile phone. However atm, android and Blackberry phones cannot connect to the uws wifi. They're trying to overcome this issue though.

I don't understand how having an Android prevents you from acquiring Wifi.

UWS AirLite doesn't support it i think.. or something along that line.

Yeah it doesn't connect with androids or blackberrys but problem is trying to be fixed by IT people.

And are you sure your phone isn't just using your own internet source rather than the uni WiFi? Cos everyone else using android can't connect
