Decided to try out the F2P games on team.
Blacklight- fucking terrible gameplay, have to buy guns every few days with in game credit or RL cash.
Tribes Asc- Not too bad, similar concept as above but you get bog standard weapons to actually keep and use.

Not necessary to purchase anything. I've topped games with the stock weapons.

From what I saw Blacklight needs a constant repurchase of stock weapons, but i might be mistaken.

There are weapons that you can obtain *permanently* - no need to repurchase them after a certain time period.
