It is absolutely no where near that high for PE, like it's not a great scaling subject but it isn't overly bad either.

Though on the UAC site, it would seem that 75 is roughly band 4/ near 5.

No way in hell is it that high. What kind of drug are you smoking? 95-96 in PDHPE is mid to high 90s.
