I remember I found these threads heaps heapful when I was just starting year 12 because it helped me understand what marks to aim for so that's why I'm posting them and hopefully others post their marks too when they receive them:
Economics- 93.5/100 -> 95/100 -> 95 exam mark (LOL- quite possibly the worst aligning of all time)
Multiple Choice: 20/20
Short Answer: 39/40 (knew I dropped this mark- I misread a question)
Balance of Payments Essay: 16.5/20 (thought this was way better tbh- at least an 18 or 19)
Case study essay: 18/20
English Advanced- 87.5/105 -> 89/100 -> 92 exam mark
Short Answers: 14.5/15 (very happy with this- I normally bomb section 1)
Creative: 10/15 (LOL)
Belonging Essay: 14.5/15
Mod A (Frankenrunner): 17/20
Mod B (Hamlet): 14.5/20 (not sure what happened here- hamlet was always my best + I thought I did well)
Mod C (Justice Game): 17/20
Chemistry: 86/100 -> 95 exam mark
Multiple Choice: 19/20
Short Answer: 45/55 (had a calculation question where I got 0/3??? No idea what happened there- I’m not sure if the answer was wrong but as if I don’t get marks for working? Ah well)
Option (Industrial chem): 22/25 (lost all three marks on last question haha)
Physics: 90/100 -> 96 exam mark
Multiple Choice: 19/20
Short Answer: 48/55 (noooooo- there was a 4 marker that I knew the answer to but my first line was like a semi internal contradiction and got 2/4
, I realised this during the test but I forgot to change it -> Thus important guys that you make sure you're careful with science marking-> that cost me state rank haha)
Option (Quanta to Quarks): 23/25
No complaints overall though- was very happy (especially english ).
