hi guys

so me and my girlfriend have been dating for about 1 and a half years
anyway

lately, like in the past few months, we have been fighting heaps!
like tons, almost everyday! :pain:

and honestly its always that type of conversation that she'd cross the line, say something hurtful and jump into social networking and bitch about me
(im not saying im an angel i do snap back at her sometimes)

i do love her but honestly love isn't enough,
its been a hard time lately

i just needed advice on whether i should leave her or not

i am most defiantly not happy with her atm

so what would you suggest?

Well, what's causing you two to argue? You need to find the root of the problem. Then depending on that, you should try and solve the issues, or otherwise, it may be best to leave and find someone you are more compatible with.

EDIT: Also if she bitches about you online.. I think she is acting rather immaturely so it might be best to break up anyway..

I would agree with you there.
But I also recommend that if you can't find the root of the problem, or can't resolve it, then you should leave her. If you stay with the past, you can never move on into the future. But if you can solve the problem, then great, try and keep it that way, but yeah, if you can't work anything out, then it would be best to break up.

If you guys do break into arguments, be the better man and just tell her 'You know what? I think you're right, we need to stop fighting about things that don't even matter'. I've made the same mistake about 6 times, trying to get the upper hand in arguments and all that results is heartbreak.

Try ask her on a casual date, and then talk it out; make sure she understands that you really do love her. That's what its about right?

I think its better to not argue back because it will make things worse. Even if she is the tiniest bit wrong, just agree with her; trust me, its much easier that way. She'll be in a better mood quicker.

Try and do things that can make her day. After all, its the little things that count. Give her a good morning text; in the afternoon or evening, ask how her day was. It shows that you really do care about her.

If all the above fails and she is still impertinent towards you, I think its a good time to move on. Arrange a date; tell her I think we should talk and then break up with her. Now, I've never broken up with a girl, its always been the other way around but its MUCH BETTER to tell her in person. It shows that you have the integrity and decency to tell her how you actually feel, in front of her as well, not behind a computer screen. Just saying, be prepared for anything that happens (e.g. Ice getting chucked in your face, getting slapped, kicked or anything similar). If that does happen, and it does, just leave her. She's not worth it. Why waste your time on someone who treats you so badly, when there's someone out there in the world waiting for someone like you to show up in their life?

I'm no relationship expert but I think that's about it from me. I'm not telling you what to do, but you should go with what you think is best; I'm merely giving advice from my past experiences.

P.S, You've managed to keep a healthy relationship going for a year and a half. I respect that. I've gone out with 6 girls, none of them lasted longer than 3 weeks, with the exception of my current girlfriend. Kudos to you, my friend.

I hope everything turns out for the best.

OMG I hate girls who do this.
Honestly, I have fights too, but seriously, displaying it to the whole world is so attention seeking and it also hurts you.
Does she get comments "inbox me babe? xx"

Dump that ass yo

you need to see her less

everyday is too much, though I guess it might be hard if you go to school together

anyway if you mainly see each other at night then start a sport of start going to gym or something instead of seeing her every night, this should help

I'd rather not be a push-over though, y'know.

If it's at the point where you are asking online for help, maybe it's time to call it quits. Happened to me last year, and we ended it because of non-stop fighting over stupid stuff that was not even worth the size of the fight. The first month was hard but after that you realise how much better off you can be.

I'd rather not be single..
So you can't maintain a relationship unless you're a pushover? If my partner was wrong and we were arguing (we've never really argued though) I'm not going to just accept it lol. Have some respect for yourself and stand your ground. This goes both ways.
