if anyone wants that recipe to that godly pizza i posted above, here it is:

ULTIMATE CHEESY JALAPENO STUFFED CRUST PIZZA

INGREDIENTS
pasta/pizza flour, 500g
warm water (300ml)
sachet of dried yeast (7g)
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp of smoked paprika
carton of passata
3 cloves of garlic, peeled
splash of balsamic vinegar
bunch of fresh basil
minced lean beef (250g)
pinch of dried chilli flakes
½ tsp of dried oregano
chunk of cheddar cheese, grated
handful of jarred sliced jalapeños
1 red onion
1 green pepper
ball of buffalo mozzarella
chunk of Parmesan
RECIPE
combine the warm water with the yeast and leave to one side for a moment.
stir the salt and smoked paprika into the flour and pour in the liquid.
bring together to form a dough using a spatula, then get your hands involved and knead on a floured surface for 10 minutes or use a machine with a dough hook.
divide into 3 equal sized balls and place them on a floured tray, leaving plenty of small between them.
brush with oil, cover with clingfilm and chill in the fridge overnight or at room temperature for an hour or so.
tip the tomato passata into a saucepan along with the balsamic vinegar, cloves of garlic, fresh basil and plenty of freshly cracked black pepper.
heat to a simmer and allow to bubble for 10 minutes to thicken.
blitz to break up and disperse the garlic and basil, then leave to cool.
fry the beef in a dry frying pan, along with the chilli, oregano and a pinch of salt.
drain off any liquid as it cooks and after 3-4 minutes you’re left with relatively dry spicy beef.
grate the cheddar and toss together with the sliced jalapeños for the filling of the pizza crust.
peel the red onion and de-seed the green pepper before slicing both thinly.
preheat an oven to 220°C.
roll the pizza dough out on a floured surface to a circle slightly larger than your pizza pan (24cm across) and transfer to the pan or tray.
brush around the edge with a little water, then create a wall of the grated cheese and jalapeno mix all the way around.
fold the edge over the cheese wall and seal it in by pressing down on the damp dough.
spread your tomato sauce across the pizza and then scatter onion, pepper and ground beef.
tear up some mozzarella and lay across the pizza along with plenty of grated Parmesan.
bake for 8-10 minutes in the oven until the crust is crispy and the cheese golden.

makes 3 pizzas
