It's been less than 3 weeks since year 11 started, and people already start to find subjects hard (suggested in some threads lately)? I don't understand, everything has been introductory so far, like recapping some fundementals and a bit of new theory. Basically everything is real chill so far. Am I missing out on something? Is my school going too slow? I'm getting worried :(

Schools tend to go slow in the first couple of weeks due to syllabus break downs which take a long time. After that, its like 90% throttle a the way.

Yeah, it's been really quiet for us so far. I'm yet to get an assignment and for most subjects homework is minimal or nonexistent. It's interesting that people are struggling. Perhaps their school dropped them in the deep end straight away? The workload I'm experiencing is on the level of year 10 to be honest.

Depends on the school/subject. I didn't feel it was a massive jump at all coming up from year 10 to year 11.

I'm having trouble with physics questions but apart from that its pretty standard with minimal h/w.

Depends on the school, some subjects for me are just recap of year 10 so far.

rly? my school is like 200% on day one LOL 55 exercises for MX1 in the first 2 weeks - that's equivalent to ~5 weeks of 2U homework gg D;

LOL! We just finished 2 Maths tests, 1 Chemistry test and received 6 assignments :) I guess the jump from year 10 to 11 is relatively overwhelming based on your subject choices.
