Can someone explain to me what happens after I reach lvl 30? I am currently 21, and I just wanted to know what to do when I hit lvl 30.

Same. Rekt at the start, got rekt towards the end by plats. Ended up in gold III. Then I rekt in gold III and am now in gold I > Now I'm being rekt again.

I have 12 haha, and only a generic tier 3 set. I've got 21k IP to spend on champs/runes though. There are 6 450 IP champs I dont own yet so it will be easy getting the 16 champs, but I want to be able to play a few champs in each role well before I start - would ideally like to skip bronze.
