Metropolis, Blade Runner, Brave New World, Fahrenheit 451, A Clockwork Orange, Handmaid's Tale, Maze Runner, etc. Most dystopian texts fit well with it

I'd suggest you make it a different textual form, just in case you need to compare something related to a textual form for a question in the future.

E.g 1984 you could do a painting called Guernica. Or a documentary such as "We Steal Secrets".

It would work, but from experience it is very dry and difficult to understand
you're calling the communist manifesto 'dry' and 'difficult to understand'? probably the most historically infuential text of the last 200 years and one which was specifically constructed in order to be understood by those outside intellectual circles, a text that is, at its core, directed at everyday people across the world. ok...
