Did year 8 Baulkham Hills reentry exam for year 9 and have been given interview. If anyone has done interview before please give tips. (Edutest)
Interview is auto-acceptance at baulko. just dont act like a bot and force them to change the decision. they usually have your acceptance already printed and dat. don't quote me but its been like this for years, same happened last year with me. you will have to choose your subjects on the day and thats it. maybe just know what you want to choose. very shitty advice but just don't worry.

Wait I know this wouldn't EXACTLY apply to Penrith but is there any advice you could give regarding the interview questions n that?

sure. the questions are generic af for every school. don't make it seem like the school is your last resort (even though I know it may seem like it for many people who apply). it's kind of an indication about the stress you will carry into your schooling life and one of the questions they will most likely ask is "how will you cope with the stress of moving to an academic rigorous (whatever adjective they wanna throw) selective school".

i would lie about having friends there, but hopefully you do. its very important to establish yourself in and around the school culture. pose the interview like you are part of the school. answer everything with intent rather than being passive. "i'm excited to try many co-curricular opportunities in and around the school" opposed to "i hope to...". Don't try to posit anything about yourself and convince them with like your achievements, just try to show your ability to be a normal person of society.
