u definitley have a point! I was thinking that too. ppl are just more bent on it because we're the second last year being tested on this syllabus, so nesa might want to test it for the sake of itOmg I hope its anomalies. Also didn't they repeat a few prescription points through the years? So its not super likely we'll get something they've never asked before
yeahhhh I’m really curious about that too I wanna make it my second para so it starts off good and ends off good since I’m doing 3 bodies and hopefully they would ignore how bad the second para isok wait, if mod b specified an extract from magi, does it matter that i talk about magi only in my last paragraph. like what if the marker thinks i'm not going to address the extract and marks me down. like how am i meant to talk about magi at the start bc my essay shows the progressive nature of his suit from preludes to hollow to magi?
what would you say the chance that they mandate preludes this yr? its the only poem i havent got thorough analysis for and im rlly worried especially since its the most formally interesting one... but its not rlly contextually important for eliot so i dont have to worry... right....Yep can someone like analyse all the past extracts theyve given so we can predict which poem pls it better not be magi
wait isnt the new syllabus soon?? they lowk might actually just dump everything on us and call it wrapsif we get extracts for both mod a and b + creative w reflection, we’re actually the unluckiest cohort…
welp at least scaling will be great(prayers)
I’d say prepare for every poem.. the only one that is highly unlikely is hollow men bc it’s the only one that has been assessed. I feel like they’d choose a more popular poem like prufrock or rhapsody rather then preludes but than again it’s so important to prepare for all of them because you can expect anythingwhat would you say the chance that they mandate preludes this yr? its the only poem i havent got thorough analysis for and im rlly worried especially since its the most formally interesting one... but its not rlly contextually important for eliot so i dont have to worry... right....
i think the year afterr we the last yr to do this common mod syllabus or is it the year after?
