  • Admittedly, the health units can be very boring. That being said, they are also rather easy to get D's and HDs in. The assessment structure may have changed since I went through, but there were a few group assignments. The assignments were relatively easy though. The hardest group one Ive done was probably in HSBH1009 where we had to do a group assignment in conjunction with pharmacy students. That was only hard because there was like 10 people in a group and you couldnt really meet up with people. But all things considered the health units are pretty easy
Hey. I was hoping to ask you a question about Health Science at USYD if that's ok? I might be doing it, but I was wondering if it's possible to do only one major? I want to do psychology, but dont want to do movement science or anything and I dont want to study at Cumberland at all. Is this possible? Thank you so much for your help. Sorry this is random. Thanks.

Thats no problem at all, I dont mind answering your questions. How the BHS course is structured is you do a stream that everyone does that have all the health units in it. Then you choose a major. You dont have to do movement science at all if you want to major in psychology. No, you dont have to go to Cumberland unless you choose a unit of study based at Cumbo. Im doing a management major and Im at main campus all the time and you would be at main campus as well because the psych units are delivered there. If you have any more questions dont hesitate to ask :)
    Hey,
no im not doing med sci at usyd, i had more than enough marks but decided to do business and biotechnology at UTS, and i am coping fine with the level of maths which is minimal and the chemistry is quite good and interesting i received distinctions in biology and chemistry so far and i am awaiting final marks, you should do med sci if your are a commited student, this applies for any university degree
