I thought I have to get the atar for domestic students if i want to change my status as domestic student from international student

Hi I am a international usyd student who is getting Permanent resident visa soon but I have some trouble with continuing my studies... My atar is 2 marks lower than the domestic cutoff but if i add the additional marks from my extension 1 and 2 maths it is over the domestic cutoff...

I dont want to buy them if it is useless because textbooks are so damn expensive

I already decided to go to USYD and i am not deciding guys Im asking because my friend and i are having different opinion
