lol i know and i have been haha aww yeah thats the worst bit..but get as much sleep as you can!! dont push yourself too hard. or else you'l burn out n no one wants that to happen
well..i guess it depends on the topic and how difficult you find it...probably at the end of each week
just go over and summarise important notes.. n keep them short, sweet, n simple
i know it sounds like alot..but trust me it really helps to get ready early

yr 11 geo is a-bit boring, but yr12 is pretty interesting, for me at least lol
meh it doesn't have dat much effect on the HSC subject though.
