lol I've created such a bad image for so many people that live in the eastern suburbs or near unsw about the western suburbs, especially blacktown lol.
And i live in blacktown. Came home the other night to a 30 man brawl going on in the street in front of the station.. cracking stuff.
^ yeah, they don't count your ATAR only if your internal transferring and have a minimum of 100 guaranteed spots. That said, the douchebags upped the WAM from 75 to 80.
matthews food court is just plain shit. fuck that place.
theres a thai place down anzac pd called "its time for thai", $10 lunch menu and its filling as all fuck + thats coming from someone that eats shitloads. Oh and it actually tastes good.
Internal transfers are straightforward enough, just meet the required GPA/WAM, its generally a Distinction avg. so you should be able to get it by the end of 1st year without too much trouble. I'm doing Int studies too but at unsw. You might wanna look into bonus points too, i got them for UTS...
Im doing International Studies (International Business) and I'm combining it with law next year aswell.
If you do it on its own you can put all your electives and gen. eds into core units of another major and get that, maybe a minor. you have to do at least 1 IR core a year and 1 language...
hey i got your bos message and your email, soz for the late reply, I've been bogged down with a fuck ton of uni work recently.
Add me on Skype and I can transfer them to you, (too big for email attachments).
What topic options are you doing btw?
Economically speaking that may not be the case. And as for Abbot or Gillard "doing a bad job" its a reflection of the party as a whole, not someone that sits there and makes every decision singlehandedly. At the moment, seems like labor has fucked itself at every turn.
Either way, ill support...
So my friend is trying to transfer from UWS law/arts to UNSW. On the site it says you are judged by ATAR(50%) and GPA(50%). When they say ATAR, do they mean the ATAR you got from high school or do they consider a new one (NRSL) (non-recent school leaver ATAR).
If so, how do you get one?
oh shit you serious? that sucks man, have you thought bout just switching majors or something? I recon its not to bad seeing as how we get 2 electives in second semester and only have to do 1 core IR sub a year
