for the second question; this is how I usually set out my inductions .

adv is better for ur atar in 2023, literally less than 1% of people in standard English got a band 6 but for adv English I think it was around 14% from memory if u can tolerate/enjoy English but just suck at it; keep advanced. If you really hate English and suck at it, drop to standard

well I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but 4u involves a lot of the 'theoretical bullshit' this isn't to say that you aren't capable of 4u, but if u hate the theoretical side of math then you probably won't enjoy 4u
