It wasn't the pay I was really talking about that was shitty (although, it kind of is)... it was more the stupid rules they employ, like not being able to bend your knees while picking up boxes, etc that I found particular ghey. And not to mention their failure to supply you with adequate breaks...

Basically from my understanding, the way WCA works is that you undertake a foundation (or preparation, or whatever you care to call it) program which lasts for 2 or 3 semesters. Once you've completed a program that's related to the degree you want to do at UOW then you're ensured direct entry...

No, they gave out about 70 or so last year. And by 'in excess off' I mean my lowest assessment mark throughout the year was 85%, and the rest were mostly in the early 90's. Trial was 93%, and I think my half yearly was around the 88 mark.

I realise that only a very small handful of students receive a band 6 in standard, but I was wondering what the raw mark for achieving such a band would be? I was ranked 1/20 in my standard class, and maintained raw marks which were in excess of 85% all year. Any chance I'm in for a shot?

Could someone give me an estimate please? I'm panicking like a motherfucker over here. :( So my ranks after trials were as follows: Std English: 1/20 General Maths: 4/15 Legal Studies: 2/9 Geography: 9/19 PDHPE: 8/9 School is ranked at around 100th in the state.
