It depends on your capability with Maths Extension. You say that you're behind, and what I'm always told is that Maths Extension requires work and effort. From your other posts you say that you're more of an 'english/humanities' person, so I guess you should just ask yourself if you think you'll...
At least it's the start of week 2 and not the end! It's okay, a lot of people (me included) use the first week for relaxation and then slowly start picking up their workload. Do you have any tests early on?
For model limitations I'm pretty sure it's okay to simply be very nit picky and just point out anything, e.g. not a 3D model, suggests electrons only move in one direction, doesn't show charges, for polarity - does not show lone pairs.
Oh okay well that's good that you have a realistic outlook! :)
I guess this doesn't really help to answer your question, but strawberrye provided a good answer.
You are in year 10 so honestly you do have a while to go, I was in a similar situation but decided that I probably wouldn't enjoy law...
To be honest your 'back up' plans should still be linked to your primary goal of medicine. I know I'm jumping to conclusions, but law is a very demanding course and so you need to want to pursue law because you are interested and you enjoy it, not necessarily for the status and money (not saying...
No, but I have friends in Year 12 who did chemistry, and one who wanted to drop it because of the energy topic. It isn't 'hell' necessarily, I just think that because it's the last module it is expected that you understand the chemical concepts explored in the previous modules and are able to...
The water topic is alright so far but apparently the energy topic is hell. As long as you understand the topics well for chemical earth and moles the other modules should be fine as long as you stay attentive and understand WHY.
I had an audio exam only once, and it was a reading from a book. I think that for an audio text it most probably would be a speech, radio interview or a text reading. Since its an audio you can research audio/sound techniques like background music to set the mood, change in tone and pauses to...
Yeah, a lot of people in my tutor class have found it in particular quite confusing to grasp. Like with what macrazy said it can't hurt to get ahead! I have some papers on the mole concept (online worksheets) so if anyone wants some practice PM me :)
Understanding the mole concept is fundamental for chemistry. It's one of the most important aspects as it carries onto Year 12, so it's good to fully understand how it works! :)
Competition is a good motivation! You can do just as good as anyone in your cohort as long as you work hard.
I've got heaps of international students in my maths class so there's lots of competition.
