Ok, keeping that in mind, I had a friend tell me that if you dont get above a credit average in comm/eng they can remove you from the course, is that true. Also, i'm pretty sure you can apply through uac if you want to change your degree but stay at the same uni. They gave me that option when i...
OMG, you are trying to add commerce. I am trying to change from comm/eng to comm/eco. Eng was the biggest mistake of my life. Would it be safe to just apply through uac?
Definitely transfer, i never had any intent on doing engineering, esp since I only did 2u math in high school. I was kind of pressured into engineering, my first pref was comm/eco for a while. I can handle math 1131 for the moment which is the main level of math for engineers and other related...
Although one person has advised against it, I do know someone who went to usyd and picked up law at the end of his first year then dropped it because he didnt like it. He did just commerce, and still went to follow pretty successful career paths, he is in his third year btw.
Do you fine comm/eco mundane? I'm doing comm/engo atm and i'm already sick of it since im doing just engineering courses atm, (Physics is horrible). I also want to pursue a career in investment banking and most people say comm/law makes you really attractive to employers.
Is it possible to swap my engineering subjects for business ones even though the handbook says complete engineering subjects first? Also how would wam work if I wanted to transfer?
How much harder is the math in eco compared to the math in say engineering? I was kind of forced in engineering/commerce, but i really just wanted to do comm/eco. It's only week 1 and I am already dreading picking this course.
LOL, dw i'm in the same boat. I was pretty pumped to do comm/eco, but my mum forced me into comm/engo. I thought i'd give it ago, since i dont mind engineering, but i know i would have much preferred comm/eco. Everytime i say "transfer" my mum says "go live somewhere else"...
