Hi Kaz.n,
Thanks for starting this (somewhat contentious) thread. I've been considering a career change lately and have been drawn to Chiro. I'm already picking up on the tension between some physio and chiro .
I haven't read the entire thread yet, but I have read quite a few pages of opinions, some of them helpful, others less so.
I began to lose heart until I read one of your replies where you discuss chiro in more modern terms.
I'm attracted to many of the aspects of pracitising chiro, but before I chuck in my current job, which pays about 80k p.a, to become a uni bum for 5 years, I am interested to hear your thoughts on realistic income immediately after graduation and then 5 years after graduation.
Also interested to hear your thoughts about chiro in general and the pros and cons of the three chiro unis in Aust. I'd probably apply to RMIT.
Any advice appreciated.
Matt
