Do you guys have a Defences paragraph for CTP, if so, what exactly do you include? I've included the defences of mental illness + self-defence but it's a pretty bad paragraph imo. I don't even want to write about it but I'm just scared that they'll explicitly want it like the CSSA 23 trial.

This is going to sound so stupid but for trade/protectionism do you mean the impact of reduced protectionism/move to free trade impacts Australia's overall econ performance/econ objectives or the overall global economy (or both)
