I'm pretty sure you can quote them, but you'll almost always be required to derive them as part of the question, so I wouldn't bother. It's not hard to derive them anyway.
Don't do medicine. It's one of the most full on, intense courses and careers there are, so you need to have a passion for it.
I met someone who was doing medicine even though they "hated science". They only lasted a semester.
Handing in resumes in person is always better. I do some hiring at my work, and to be honest, I don't even look at the online applications unless we're desperate for workers.
But if OP continues to get marked harshly, their rank will be very low and their assessment mark will be terrible, no matter how well they go in their externals.

Rote is applicable to every subject except maths. And even then, I've heard of some people who have even figured out how to rote learn maths. Rote learning is a terrible idea for real life, but it will get you marks in the HSC.
If you keep that attitude, you're not gonna improve. You might think it's effective studying, but in reality it probably isn't since everybody beat you.
Plus part of the HSC is doing work over Christmas. It's not fun, but if you want to improve and get a good ATAR, it has to be done. It's what...
Don't finish it. Don't hand it in. Get N-awarded for it, then you'll fail the course and be free to do 10 units. I really don't see how they can suspend you for not handing in an assignment.
