I used them to store most of my notes because I couldn't be bothered buying books and writing on them. As well as typing out notes in class/procrastination in general I wish they bought sturdier ones though, I had to keep sending my laptop to the tech people because the edges kept coming off.

Libraries are filled with annoying screaming kids (at least in Strathfield anyway) and I don't want to have to walk home alone in the dark.

(It might be too late to be asking this now) But how do you present 'originality' in an English essay, whilst conforming to the syllabus? How do you know when your originality 'crosses a line', where your teachers will give you in the feedback sheet that your interpretation of the text is wrong...

I never should have listened to my teacher and kept English Advanced... My marks are like a rollercoaster in that subject and it takes twice as much effort to study for English than with other subjects

BALANCE EVERYTHING. One hour for each subject, no more no less. Because you don't want to end up only studying one subject for a whole week because you're so afraid of failing the exams that you ignore everything else.
