Im new 2 this site so i was just mucking around nd i found ur msge hehe Gr8 i'm currently doing my hsc yr and i can't even successfully navigate myself around a website, my future looks promising doesn't it lol Wow how uve done the hsc is really interesting nd goes 2 show that there r so many alternatives 4 gettin into uni which is encouraging! 94.05-was that hard 2 get wuld u say. Iv bin talking 2 sum peeps nd they said that students from rural areas get 4 or 5 points taken off-hav u heard anything bout that???? R u at uts yet? If so i'm curious 2 kno wat its like nd bout the classes!! Thanks so much 4 ur help! n congrats on getting into uts. Where do u see urself in 5 yrs? I'd luv to work as an editor/ writer for a magazine or newspaper (investigative journalist), even maybe a broadcast journalist 4 ABC or foreign correspondent in europe--there's just so many endless possibilitys in journalsim.     Hi tiarna4uts :) I just read your post in the UTS communication offers thread! Sorry for the late reply... Yes, the atar cut-off mark for this year for BA Communication (Journalism) was 94.05 - so not exactly 95 :) I actually didn't do hsc. I dropped out of school in year 10 due to personal reasons, but I ended up finishing it at Tafe and then instead of doing HSC at Tafe, I did a course called TPC (Tertiary Preparation Certificate). It's an alternative method of going to uni.
    I'm not quite sure what advice to give you if you're doing your HSC this year! You should ask others! Good luck ;)
