i think it depends on ur school’s ranking, if ur too far down the list, it wont help too much but if ur higher up and ur school does better this year, it is bound to help the scaling over all. wot we don’t want is a huge increase high performers in ALL schools cos then everyone short of that...

ur best marks will be calculated anyway, i bought this awesome app for a coupla bux (calculATAR) and did ur estimate based on ur marks above - ur still looking at about 94+ atar overall. not bad at all, but it depends what ur aiming for
