Definitely USYD. USYD Commerce has more opportunities and industry connections. USYD is also much more prestigious than UTS, especially if you want to work overseas in the future.
Yes, it is feasible. My ATAR was 91. I only got one band 6 in English, which is 93. And the other 8 units that counted towards my ATAR the mark ranges between 83-89.
As long as your subjects scale decently, and your band 5's are high band 5's and very close to band 6, getting over 90 ATAR is...
I did my HSC many years ago back in 2010 and I did alright, with an ATAR in the low 90s. I did tutor (for free, by volunteering at those library HSC help programs, community tutor programs etc.) some kids and helped family friends throughout the years (not consistently, but sometimes when they...
I think this is quite late now, but I will reply to this post anyway so that other people can refer to it.
If you can, I recommend you to stay in school.
TAFE is very s* now. There isn't anymore face to face TAFE that offers the HSC, it's only TAFE Digital which is online and distance ed. It's...

2. You have issues with a timetable clash at school
3. Your...

Re: Do markers discriminate against people who choose a prescribed text as their rela
If you want to do well, I’ll advise against this. Advanced English students are expected to be motivated to read beyond what’s given. By using a prescribed text, it shows your lack of research and laziness...
DO NOT drop maths! Let me repeat again, DO NOT DROP MATHS! As you go into university, mathematics is needed in chemistry, physics etc especially in a science degree. Even in pharmacy in Usyd people have to take compulsory units to pass the course and it involves integration and things like that...
TBH; if you want to do engineering, 4U maths is the minimum. Even 3U maths is not enough to cope with first year engineering material. And bridging courses in Uni are generally s*** as they only cover a topic briefly around 1 hour and not all of the people who teach bridging courses are...
TBH, $80 is A LOT for this type of service. It seems like a rip off. Is your current tutor a school teacher? Uni students aren’t that bad, especially for state rankers, as they know what to do to get the top marks and can give specific analysis and feedback. You can seriously find a cheaper rate...
