Hey all,
I am an undergrad in Bachelor of Science and have completed 18 UOC at the end of Term 1, I am planning on applying to transfer into Bachelor of Information Systems at the end of Term 2 (which is when IPT applications open). And I was just wondering if I should use my free electives in Term 2 to do the Introductory First Year Business Core Courses, or would I be better off doing 'easy' courses to get a WAM of 70 to ensure my application gets accepted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙏🙏🙏

Perhaps you could take the units that you strongly believe that you could perform the best in, as they would help you maximise your chances of achieving a WAM of 70. From your post, your main goal currently seems to be succeeding in transferring to a preferred degree, which in this case is the Bachelor of Information Systems. As such, you would want to make sure that you have the best chance of successfully transferring, which will be done through favourable performance. Making some changes to the unit sequence (i.e. the order in which you complete the units that are part of your degree, assuming no prerequisites) is not very important since you will eventually need to complete all units required by the degree anyway.
