Yes, you can get a high ATAR at any school, as long as your internal ranks are sufficiently high and provided you do well in your HSC exams. At a lower-ranked school, you should ideally place towards the top of your cohort across your subjects. If you study hard enough, you can definitely achieve your ATAR goal!
