Outliers address validity, not reliability. If the question was to assess the validity, you would say it's not valid and justify etc. If the other 4 results were concordant, you say that it would be reliable, only if you excluded the outlier. But you're just stating the obvious, that it's...

I think you need to re-look the definitions of reliability and accuracy lol You can take 1000 trials and if they give consistent results it's reliable, but the results could be entirely inaccurate. Also you don't take outliers in your averages, you disregard them, since you assume something...

CaVa=CbVb is just using n=cv twice when your diluting solutions.

They're not really formulas, C=n/V is just number of moles per unit volume, what you wrote is just saying that if you don't change the number of moles, n=CV is constant, where C and V are not fixed. 2nd one is just common sense, if you have n moles initially, and m reacted, you have n-m moles...

This is how it goes, since -log(5.5x10^-3)=-(log(5.5)+log(10^-3)). log(10^x) gives always gives an exact number if it's base 10, and you take log(5.5) to 2 s.f. I've seen some of the exemplary responses on pH though, i don't think they're too fussy on this.
