No, tutorial start in week 2 and only lectures are held in week 1. Note however, the last week of uni only has tutorial and no lectures

studying hours really depend on what subjects u do in prelim. If for example, like i did, 3u, Phy, Chem, Bio, adv eng, it helped if I studied just a bit more than you everyday. I would also suggest u work in 3 hr blocks (after all hsc exams are normally). So study 5-8 non stop, go to dinner...

65/100 is around mid to high 80s which when scaled is 94+ i think. So u should be fine. Also remember raw marks vary on each years' difficulty (like in 2010 65% scaled to like 93 or someshit)
