need help asap with this q

Hey @jimmysmith560 isn't it asking for the ethanol content in the vodka and since we know that 40% of the volume is ethanol, shouldn't the moles be divided by the 40% of the aliquot value to give 18.2M? I believe @Yeaidk found the concentration of vodka and not the ethanol as demanded by the...

Why does pH change so rapidly near the equivalence point

Re: test on complex numbers (expo), vectors and proofs

@cossinetrue ... might just do a couple of questions that i find hard from each exercise and then crunch past papers

    Techniques in LFR

When analysing and documenting the examples, what techniques could I use for Looking for Richard - a list of possible techniques to look out for would be better, since this docudrama format is one that I have not done much of....

Re: test on complex numbers (expo), vectors and proofs

How should I approach - I was gonna dive straight into past papers, but realised I need to recap a lot from my textbook as there may be some gaps in my knowledge - should I redo exercises I believe may need to be revisited etc before past papers. I have approx a bit more than 2 weeks...

@lmao1010 Thanks bro - cleared the confusion up!!!

    Weak acid + weak base

can someone explain why a weak acid + weak base titration is hard in terms of determining the equivalence point - is because since the ph does not change sharply it is hard to recognise the endpoint, hence making it harder to find the pH at equivalence point?

Who does Richard refer to as George in this scene - I do realise that Richmond is Stanley's son, however wasn't his name Henry or something?

can some1 explain how to do this q

@jimmysmith560 think this is the way to answer that question. I had encountered this some time ago and remember it this way...

Can someone explain why we get a negative when we integrate this?

@mmmmmmmmaaaaaaa mb should have noticed that - thanks for pointing that out!!!
  14. R

Can someone explain why we get a negative when we integrate this?

Does it do with the fact that the log has an absolute sign - which when considering ln(1-x), we should be quite careful off, since it contains a negative x?
  15. R

Can someone explain why we get a negative when we integrate this?

    shouldn't it be ln(x) + ln(1-x) + c - but the ans says ln(x) - ln(1-x)..........

    What are octants?

This is in the vectors topic, though I did not really cover this in depth - could someone explain this in depth?

Strong acids, bases and their weak counterparts

Does anyone have a good way of remembering what these are?

    Chem prac test coming up

I have a chemistry practical test coming up on enthalpy or neutralisation and titration - any tips? (prac would be on the enthalpy part)?? Thanks!!!

    Quote meaning

Hey guys I just wondered what the opening lines in 'Looking for Richard' meant? They are given down below: " Our revels now are ended. These our actors, as I foretold you... ... were all spirits and are melted into air...

    Simple induction proof

the proof is ease, but I am messing up somewhere in the last step regarding the factorisation - thanks for the help:
