I know how you feel m8, a week into my first semester and i STILL have NFI what course im supposed to be in. I have emailed so many people and rang up practically every fucking person I can think of and still utterly confused. So disappointed in UNSW :/

I have not. I may go this semester except I'm actually pretty confident with the material. My problem wasn't so much that I didn't understand anything so much as it was that I was INCREDIBLY lazy Oh well I've learnt my lesson

Yeah if you got over 50 you get your provisional grade, but under 50's got provisional mark

I recommend you wait a little while. If your lecturer/class mates or anyone has told you it's prescribed and will be used or homework has been set in regard to it then it's most likely you'll need it but if you haven't heard anything about it or all that's been said is that it's of small...

TOTALLY AGREE. Except one thing: I didn't get 33 or 44, I got 47. i.e. I could get a conceded pass. It's no one's fault but my own that I failed- true yes - but it's everyone's fault but my own when almost a week into uni i STILL don't know what the fuck subject I'm supposed to be doing because...

The strike fucked me over more than anyone I think. Got an email yesterday saying they were gonna reveal grades to students who failed, thank fuck . Still waiting on it but either way I'm fucked because all the tutes for the class I failed clash with my other subjects.... AWESOME. :/
