I have friends at UNE who are Armidale locals, yet choose to live in college. I have one friend who chose to live in college, despite his house being literally across the road from the university. I guess it just comes down to personal choice/ convenience.

It is fantastic! I really love it. Apart from the core historiography units, there is a huge amount of allowance in terms of what units you can choose, which is great. I mean, the focus is on history but you aren't as restricted in terms of having to major in a specific area such as archaeology...

It wasn't that it was super challenging, I think it just required you to think a bit more and apply knowledge i.e. not just regurgitate information.

I'm a rural student, but I did my HSC last year. Being a rural student doesn't mean you have to have lower hopes for your ATAR -it might not seem like that many compared to the city schools, but 12 people at my school last year ended up with an ATAR over 90. I know people doing the HSC this year...

It will differ every year. Last year's exam was pretty crap, so I think the raw mark was a bit lower than usual (anyone correct me if I am wrong). I only got 90 raw (not included optional scaling etc.), yet ended up ranked 15th. HSC mark was 96.

That woman is scary. Do guys seriously find that attractive? (I'm talking about the boobs, not the eyeliner). In this one video she was doing push-ups, and well...speaks for itself really.

I had a job during year 12. I cut down to only one or two shifts per week, and took leave over the exam period. I am so glad I kept my job, because now I have money to go to Europe. :D
