Pretty much bang on. I was/am a 1POS Coach for my store (including training the supervisors up on it). Feedback has been generally positive so far. However, refunds are a bit cumbersome now, as it's highly recommended that we search through the transaction logs for a reciept if the customer...

I'm also a Deli person (as well as being a supervisor on front end). At our store, we have loads of trouble selling the Macro roast chickens, as people often say it's "dry and overcooked". I know for a fact that the stuffing inside a regular chicken keeps the chicken moist and tasty. The...

So my first shift as a front end supervisor went well! However, what's the best way to deal with the following scenario: Customer is rung up to $20.00 and wishes to pay with $20 cash. Operator selects $50.00 cash option (for whatever reason). How would I fix this? I know it's probably a really...

Hi everyone! I've got my first ever shift as a front end supervisor soon. Is there any (serious) tips that anyone could give me?

Hi all, Does anyone have experience in printing tickets for the deli case? I've tried to play around on the gun/ISIS, but to no avail :newburn:

Here in Victoria, most of our trolleys have them regardless of location. I know at our store the numbers of trolleys that went 'missing' has declined since we got them fitted
