hey guys, I'm a bit confused on how the HSC for maths work after talking to a few of my peers and teachers :S my questions is, will my 2U marks in class count towards anything? im doing EX1 and EX2 and also will i have to sit the 2U HSC exam ? thanks :)

just to clarify, the "English - 79.8 , General maths - 82.6, Geography - 82.2, Legal Studies - 82.6, PD/H/PE - 82.2" are they raw HSC marks or after scaled?

8x^3 - 36x^2 + 22x + 11 where alpha, beta and gamma are in arithmetic series, find alpha,beta and gamma, is there any shorter way to do this ? maybe more based on series ? instead of poly itself ? thanks :)
