aligning is not scaling lol.... the ATAR is your place within the state and you do not have to do the "highest scaling" subjects as it changes each year anyway. i do standard and like it :)

how come its not bad on atar calculators? i know they are not official but its still an estimate

i do standard how much does it "ruin" your atar? i though they took raw marks so aligning wasnt the biggest deal... probably get people screaming at me idiot lol :P

if my ranks are equal to that mark? lol sorry seeing as you have already sat the HSC im sure you have a better understanding :P

so if i was typing in a raw hsc mark it would be accurate. wow not all hope is lost with std eng and gen maths haha. thanks :) just have to make sure i put in 100% from now till the hsc externals

same here really want to improve my atar. i have been looking at atar calculators and while im sure they are fairly accurate i cant help but think they may be a bit generous to subjects which do not scale well. i do std english and general maths (unfortunatly....) but on atar calculators they do...

i got 18kN for i) which im pretty sure is right but i have trouble with angles..... one answer says 5.74m and my teacher got 28.11m
