I think your current subjects are good, I'm also currently in year 10 and am doing pretty much the same subjects as you (minus bio) , and I also want to to Med!! In terms of the extra one or two units you should add on, I think it depends on your interest and ability... although I personally am...

I think it depends on your interests, personally I find legal and business to be both quite dry; so if I had to choose, I would go for Ancient, as scaling wise they are apparently all similar. So, based on interest alone, I would go for ancient (unless I intended to do Law or Commerce in Uni)...
