Okay thanks for your replies they made it cleare in my mind.. I am actually giving mx1 a go but not sure how i will go. Just wish we didnt have to do english!!! but i bet they use all that 2units no choice!!! I thought it might help for year 12 even if I drop to just mathematics(old Advanced)...

okay at this stage just starting yr 11 in 2010. I am doing maths, ex1 maths, adv english.biol, physics,chemistry. I thought that meant 3 units maths. Would the 1unit for extension maths be included in ATAR if it was better than say my physics. Ie part of physics only included ??? Hope this...

it is but i think there must be more info sheets than what we have ie where bands change and what the differnt things mean like A4 in course results and what does a course result come from

sorry another question whats the numbers after the letter on mathes course results? Are the course results your school mark?

does anybody know what the cut offs are for bands and are they always the same. Ie is 70-80 band 4 80-90 band 5 90;100 band 6 and are they the same for all subjects. Our results only came back as photocopies and limited info as post still coming for the official papers. Ta
