Is it possible to do two courses at once?

The best thing to do is to pick one and then use your electives to do the first three subjects of the other. Both those subjects have postgraduate options so if you don't get enough in your undergrad, you can always do more.

Is there UTS bonus points for Arts degree?

If you have EAS, I understand that is usually on top of the ATAR so you should be fine unless the ATAR increases this year. UTS Communication does not give bonus points for particular subjects.
