In regards to that uac question about vacancies.. are you saying that if someone who applied for science/engineering and got an atar of 70 will be accepted in>? if there are vacancies.

I understand the (V) stands for vacancy... but does that mean the course on offer is low in demand? Will it be easier to get into?? For example.
